You can cancel your plan with no strings attached for 30 days following your install date. 

The exact amount of time will depend on your location and the service provider. However, you can expect your internet to be installed within one week of placing your order.

Some services allow for self-install and some will send a technician to you. If you have any questions about your install, please give us a call. 

Once you register with an internet service provider, a customer account will be created for you with the email you provide. A link to access this account will be sent to your inbox.

Once you log in, you can make changes to personal details, including your email address.
